Technology
Production FDM / FFF on a calibrated multi-printer fleet, monitored and QC'd on every batch.
Build volume
Up to 350 × 320 × 325 mm per part. Larger pieces can be split and bonded when needed.
Accuracy
50 µm (0.05 mm) motion accuracy — tight-tolerance FDM on suitable features. Tell us your critical dimensions and we'll advise.
Batch capacity
1 to 500+ units per run, with consistent quality across the whole batch.
Turnaround
Most prototypes ship in 2–6 days. Rush lanes available; batch timelines quoted up front.
File formats
STL, STEP, OBJ, and 3MF. STEP preferred when tolerances are critical.
Materials
PLA, PETG, and ABS as standard; TPU, PA-CF (carbon-fiber nylon), and ASA on request.
Finishing
Support removal and cleanup come standard. Ask about smoothing, inserts, and assembly.
