These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lucas' Crafts website and the 3D printing and manufacturing services we provide. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Quotes are based on the files and specifications you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote. Significant changes to a design after approval may require a revised quote and timeline.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the files and specifications you submit, and you confirm that you have the right to reproduce any design you send us. You agree not to order parts that are illegal, unsafe, infringe others' intellectual property, or violate any applicable law.
You retain ownership of your designs. We claim no rights to your files beyond what is needed to produce your order. Site content, branding, and original Lucas' Crafts designs remain our property.
Stated turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. We work hard to hit them and will keep you informed of any delays. Risk of loss passes to you once parts are handed to the carrier; title passes upon full payment.
Every batch passes quality control before shipping. If a part arrives defective or does not match the approved specification, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint or refund it under our reprint guarantee. This does not cover issues caused by errors in customer-supplied files.
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Production may begin only after the agreed deposit or payment is received. Late or failed payments may pause or cancel an order.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any use of printed parts in safety-critical applications without prior written agreement.
