Lucas' Crafts (“we,” “us”) is a Florida-based 3D printing and manufacturing studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you request a quote, place an order, or contact us, and how we use and protect it.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, shipping address, and the design files, models, and specifications you send us for quoting and production. We also collect basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) to operate and improve the site.
We use your information to prepare quotes, produce and ship your parts, communicate about your orders, provide support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
The CAD/STL files and designs you upload are treated as confidential and used solely to evaluate and fulfill your order. We do not share, resell, or reproduce your designs for any other customer. NDAs are available on request before you send sensitive files.
We share information only with service providers needed to run our business — for example, shipping carriers to deliver your parts and payment processors to handle transactions. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
We keep order records and design files for as long as needed to support reorders, warranty claims, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your files and personal data at any time, subject to records we are required to retain.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
