The things businesses ask before sending us files. Don't see yours? Reach out — we're happy to talk specifics.
STL, STEP, OBJ, and 3MF all work. STEP is ideal when tolerances matter. Not sure what you have? Send it over and we'll sort it out.
No. We print everything from a single prototype to full production runs of hundreds of units — order exactly what you need.
Most prototypes ship in 2–6 days. Larger batches depend on quantity and material; you'll get an honest timeline with your quote, and rush lanes are available when you need it sooner.
Yes. Your files are used only to quote and produce your order — never shared, resold, or reproduced for anyone else. We'll sign an NDA on request before you send anything sensitive.
If a part arrives defective or doesn't match the approved spec, tell us within 30 days and we'll reprint or refund it — free. (It doesn't cover issues caused by errors in customer-supplied files.)
Our everyday workhorses are PLA, PETG, and ABS. We also run specialty filaments — TPU (flexible), PA-CF (carbon-fiber nylon), and ASA (UV-stable) — on request. If you're unsure, tell us how the part will be used and we'll recommend the right one.
Yes — we ship across the US. Florida orders ship faster and cheaper, and you're welcome to pick parts up in person.
A Mechatronic Engineer reviews, prints, and QCs every order. That means the person quoting your part also understands how it's designed and how to make it manufacturable.
Absolutely — that's our Design-for-Manufacturing review. We'll flag printability and strength issues and suggest fixes before anything goes on the printer.
Send your files or your question — you'll hear back within one business day.
